Caring for others takes heart, strength, and a community of support. At Autumn Trails Stable, we believe those who give so much of themselves also deserve a space to rest, connect, and be cared for.

Our Hearts at the Stable: Caregiver Support Group is designed for parents/guardians of CURRENT participants and any ACTIVE volunteers who play vital roles in the lives of others. We are opening this up to the community for November. However, there will NOT be any childcare provided.

Each gathering offers:
  • A safe, welcoming space to share experiences and encouragement
  • Time for reflection and connection among others who understand the challenges and joys of caregiving
  • Gentle opportunities to experience the peace of the barn environment and the calming presence of our horses
  • Practical discussions and resources to support your well-being

Whether you’re a caregiver to a participant in our programs, or part of our volunteer community, you are welcome here. Come as you are — this is a place to breathe, to be understood, and to remember that you’re not alone.
